Happiness is a Choice

Lovely DaySo at the end of last year I had the opportunity to change positions in the company I work for. While it was a lateral move for me it would give me a greater chance for promotion and would also give me something new to do. I accepted the new position but it took a couple of months before I could transition to it due to hiring my replacement and a few other issues. We are all scared.

It is also funny to see what happens when something doesn’t go his way. He immediately gets frustrated and starts yelling “No!” I tell him to calm down and either solve it or show him how to solve it. It still takes him a few moments to reign his emotions back in, however. He is only three and that is how most three year-olds are. Read more »
